In the Sky. . .

A Bird?

A Plane?

? ? ? ?

Another exciting morning on Rocky's Road.

It started out as a typical run. Fluffy Cotton Tails bolting left and right, keepin' the boys on their toes. . .

Long tailed tree climbers keeping the boy bouncing and purching. . .

And, of course, Swimming Pheasants doing their thing in Water Fowl Haven. . .

But it was on the way back that too dad by a bit of a surprise.

As we made out way across a small field, I notice Rocky charge off to my right.

I really didn't think anything of it. With all the other activity this morning, I thought no big deal just another Cotton Tail or something to the affect. Jimmy, of course, was busy in the woods thinking that a Long Tailed Tree climber was going to magically appear.

When all of a sudden I look over at Rocky as he makes a HUGE Lunge.
BAMB . . . Out comes this HUGE Brown Flying mini Cessna High Wing.

WHAT THE? ? ? ?

This Gigantic animal with wings is bee lineing it right toward me with the Rockster right on it's long feather tail.

It was like I was standing at the end of the Minneapolis International Airport runway.

Next thing you know, I'm duckin' for my life as not to get my head takin off and raisin' my leg as not to get my knee blown out by Rocky.

A second later the Airplane with feathers makes it's way over the horizon and Rocky's given my the look.

"C'mon dad, why didn't you shoot"

Well, It's not the season bud and that was a HUGE Turkey bud. . .
